1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

2. Eligibility

Users under the age of 18 may not register on the website or transact independently. Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams). We only accept payments in AED. All prices include applicable VAT in accordance with UAE law. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions and discounts shall not be valid or redeemable during public holidays or on weekends, including Fridays through Sundays.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept online payments via: VISA | Mastercard | Apple Pay.
All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment provider. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

5. Booking Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment. Mermaids of Arabia reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind
- Late arrival
- Child refusal to participate
- Dissatisfaction after the experience has started
- No-show

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the scheduled booking without prior notice will result in full payment forfeiture. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows.

8. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests are permitted subject to availability.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Requests made less than 4 hours before the booking time will not be accepted. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rescheduled bookings remain strictly non-refundable. Mermaids of Arabia reserves the right to decline rescheduling if availability does not permit.

9. Late Arrival

Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience time. No refunds, discounts, or extensions will be provided due to late arrival.

10. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

11. Media & Photography

Parents and guardians are permitted to take photographs and videos of their own child only during the experience. Photography or recording of other children is strictly prohibited without the explicit consent of the respective parent or legal guardian.

12. Policy Updates

Mermaids of Arabia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on the website. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
